BONUS FOR IN-HOUSE COURSES -
You get the LASERS IN MEDICINE & SURGERY MULTI-MEDIA CD-ROM FREE!  Its A $289 Value.
When you have staff turnover, let them view the material and take the tests. If successfully completed we'll send back their Laser Training Certificate.
The credits and certificates for these additional people after the In-House training is just $85 each for up to 16.1 contact hours.

You get a FREE SPOT for one person to attend our 2 day LASER COURSE for LSO's and Laser Operators - a $895 value by itself!
You must register for one of these programs within 3 months of the in-house training.

Description: A one day, basic laser course consists of lectures and demonstration "hands-on" laser training. The purpose is to provide the required Laser Safety Training for nurses and staff who operate laser equipment and work in the laser environment. ANSI Safety requirements for Health Care Institutions and personnel are covered in detail. Practical biophysics of lasers are taught which describes the different types of medical lasers, the essentials of how they work and why different lasers are used for different types of procedures, plus the practical aspects of various delivery systems including laser fibers. The hands-on labs can be deleted to provide an entire day of didactics - going into more depth in safety, ANSI standards and procedures, as well as providing additional credits. Or - you can opt for a two day program in which an entire day of in-depth didactic is presented followed by hands-on training the next day. The page here describes the basic course, which may be custom tailored and enhanced to your needs as required. 25 person maximum enrollment unless other arrangements have been made.

Why are we more affordable than other groups offering similar programs? -- Because Medical Lasers are our focus and expertise and we deliver it to you directly - not through layers of subcontracted consultants and technicians.

Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP 12386 for 5.2 contact hours.

*NOTE: The 5.2 hours is for the typical 1/2 day lecture, 1/2 day hands-on training. Since all of our programs are customized, your actual contact hours may differ depending on the course format you select. Regardless of format, the CBRN guidelines of 1 contact hour for each 50 minutes of theory, and 1 contact hour for 3 hours of hands-on (clinical practice) will be followed. Most State Boards of Nursing have reciprocity with other States so that credits should apply equally to all States. However, you should check with your own State Board of Nursing for acceptability of credits. Additional credits are available by completing the Home-Study component of the program available in the course manual, or a separately purchased CD-ROM.
