TEXAS and ARIZONA LASER REQUIREMENTS

Link to Arizona State Laser Requirements - We are APPROVED as a provider for Arizona.  For Cosmetic-Hair Removal procedures using laser or IPL's by non-physicians, they require that you complete a 40 hour approved didactic course (see our program below) and also obtain hands-on supervised experience in addition to the didactic. Arizona ALSO REQUIRES FORMAL LSO TRAINING for the Laser Safety Officer which every facility is required to have, and is to be included on their formal laser registration with the State. Our programs satisfy the Laser Safety Officer training AND the pre-approved Aesthetic Laser Procedures training (didactic portion).
