Safety Officer/Operator- 16.1
Contact Hours - Approved by the State of Arizona for Medical Laser Safety
Officers in Health Care Facilities.

EMPLOYERS: If you pay to have your
employees attend this training, or take the home study program,
certificates will be mailed only to your
business address, and similarly any reissue of certificates will only be to your
business address.
The registration must specify that it is employer paid.
