Certification is a separate process from the Certificate of Training. You get BOTH here.

b. MLSO recurrency training, Day one only - required a minimum of once every 5 years, recommended annually

It is IMPORTANT to maintain compliance with ANSI Z136.3 standards by ensuring that you have a properly trained and certified Laser Safety Officer overseeing your program, that staff and laser operators have approporiate training documentation, and that you comply with periodic Laser Safety Audits.
ANSI Z136.3 recommends certification as a medical LSO and the NCLC offers respected LSO certifications supporting laser safety in healthcare settings. You can get the training and certification in one session.
You can do ALL of this in our two day program. There is even an optional THIRD day for live firing of lasers to meet the experience requirements of hands-on work recommended by ANSI.
